Mikey started racing in 2005 at the age of 10. He started out racing at Shippensburg Speedway.
He finished 4th in points his first year and got rookie of the year. In 2006 he won the track championship at Shippensburg in the 500 cage class with 12 wins.
He raced part time at Hunterstown in 2006.

In 2007 Mikey ran WKA and PDKS Dirt Nationals and finished 9th with WKA and 2nd with PDKS in the Jr. Sportsman Champ class. For the 2008 year he has moved up to a Jr. Champ and will continue to run the WKA and PDKS dirt series. On his off weekends Mikey plans on racing on some of the local dirt tracks and maybe some WKA asphalt
races as well.
